Visa Rules & Regulations
When filling out the visa application form, the applicant’s details must be entered correctly, matching the passport and ID exactly. The applicant cannot correct/edit the details after purchasing the visa service. Oasis Iran does not bear any responsibility with respect to incorrect information entered by the applicant. To correct/edit the details, the applicant must cancel the visa application and purchase a new visa service.
The issuance of the visa is at the sole discretion of Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Oasis Iran cannot interfere in the visa process. Therefore, Oasis Iran cannot guarantee the issuance of visas.
As declared by Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the processing of visa applications takes three working days. However, the process might take longer in some cases. Oasis Iran is not liable if there is a delay in the visa process.
It is recommended that you apply for a visa well in advance of your trip to Iran.
Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs may ask the applicant to provide further information/documents. In such cases, Oasis Iran will immediately notify the applicant via e-mail. The applicant must prepare and submit the required documents otherwise Oasis Iran is not liable if the visa is rejected or the process is delayed.
The purchased visa service belongs to the applicant whose details have been entered in the visa form. A separate application form must be filled out and submitted for each applicant.
If there is a pending visa application awaiting a response from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the applicant cannot re-apply for a visa. The previous visa application must be cancelled before Oasis Iran can submit a new visa application. Oasis Iran is not liable in this regard and the applicant must take necessary steps to cancel the previous application.
If the applicant is an American, British, or Canadian national, Oasis Iran provides the visa service as part of a tour package. The applicant must be a part of a guided tour or accompanied by a licensed tour guide to visit Iran.
Our Visa Authorization Code service is non-refundable. No amount will be refunded to the applicant if the application is cancelled.
The Visa Authorization Code is valid for one month in case the applicant chooses to collect the visa at an Iranian embassy/consulate. The code is valid for 3 months if the applicant chooses to collect the visa at an airport. If the travel date is after the expiry of the Visa Authorization Code, the applicant must apply for a new code.
The applicant’s passport is required to be valid for 6 months beyond the intended return date. Naturally, the applicant is responsible for any problems arising from passport validity and Oasis Iran does not bear any responsibility.
The visa stamp must be collected at the Iranian embassy/consulate or airport which the applicant selected while completing the visa application form. The applicant must select the location of the visa stamp collection carefully. The applicant is responsible for any changes in the location of the visa stamp collection and Oasis Iran is not liable in this regard.
The applicant cannot enter Iran for one year if there is an Israeli visa in his/her passport. The applicant would be responsible if denied entry to Iran.
Oasis Iran only processes applications for Tourist Visas (Type B). If you are looking for any other type of visa, you should contact an Iranian embassy or consulate in your country.
