Glassware and Ceramic Museum (Abgineh Museum) was originally ordered to be built as the personal residence of a politician in the early 1920s. then it was sold to the Egyptian embassy but eventually in 1976 it was converted into a museum. The glass and ceramic exhibited in this museum belong to a span of time from pre-Islam period all the way to contemporary Iran. The Glass & Ceramics Museum is, like many of its exhibits, small but perfectly formed.
